Desert Defender Logistics Detail

Tech. Sgt. Justin Romeu, tactical communications integrator at the Air Force Security Forces Center’s Detachment 3, demonstrates the use of a deployable capability-based system, one of more than 700 unit type codes (UTCs) offered at AFSFC’s Logistics Detail at Fort Bliss. The centralized logistics hub is responsible for sustaining, maintaining and deploying capability-based equipment such as Base Defense Operating Centers, Sentry Towers, Mobile Armories, Entry Control Points, MRZRs off-road utility vehicles and small unmanned aerial system packages.
