Getting to know the new Air Force Security Forces Center Commander

Col. Jason Harris, commander of the Air Force Security Forces Center, graduated the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998 with a degree in political science and was commissioned in the Air Force. A career security forces officer with more than 26 years of service, he is now responsible for a cross-functional organization that identifies and validates new and innovative force protection initiatives to improve Department of the Air Force mission execution and joint warfighting capabilities.
